Sunday Mornings

BCP Sung Mass: Sundays at 11.00am

Our principal service is a traditional Anglican Mass (Communion), on Sundays at 11.00am. This uses the language of The Book of Common Prayer, and Merbecke’s setting of the Mass. Click to find out more and see our schedule of services.
Midweek prayer in the side chapel

Midweek Services

Daily Prayer at 12.00 noon

Matins, according to The Book of Common Prayer, is said every weekday at 12.00 noon, Monday to Friday, lasting no more than 20 minutes. On Wednesdays, this is followed by Holy Communion in  a short service.

Midweek services are followed by chat, with tea and biscuits. Do bring your own packed lunch.

Choral services

Evening choral services

We hold larger choral services c. once a month for major feasts and festivals. These include Choral Evensong and Benediction, Choral Eucharists, and more contemplative themed services of music, readings, poetry and prayers.

Taizé at St Clement’s

Taizé Services 

Our Taizé services are held monthly on Friday evenings at 7.30pm. These contemplative services alternate between a Eucharist and a service of the Word.

Taizé services include readings, prayers, meditative chants and silence, in a modern-language liturgy.
