Booking St Clement's Church

St Clement’s is available for private hire, subject to availability. The church can be booked in its entirety, or only certain spaces can be booked out based on your needs. Please contact our administrator for details of how to make a booking.

Rooms

St Clement's Nave

Nave

  • Capacity for c. 100 people.
  • A mixture of pews and chairs are available for seating.
  • The space is wheelchair accessible.
  • The nave houses a baby grand piano and an organ which may be used by agreement at an additional fee.

South Aisle

  • Capacity for up to 50 people.
  • Chairs and a table are available.
  • The space is wheelchair accessible.

Upper Room

  • Capacity for up to 25 people.
  • Tables, chairs and a TV screen are available.
  • Access is by a flight of steps.

Ringing Chamber

  • Capacity for up to 6 people.
  • Chairs are available.
  • Access is by a flight of steps.

Facilities

Washrooms

  • Two toilets are available for use when hiring the spaces.
  • One of the toilets has wheelchair access.

Kitchenette

  • A small kitchenette is available for making light refreshments.
  • Use of the kitchenette for more substantial catering is by prior arrangement only.

Technology

  • Guest WiFi is available in the church.
  • A TV screen is available in the Upper Room. This may be moved elsewhere by prior arrangement only.
