The St Clement's Players
The St Clement’s Players were founded in February 2018, under the direction of our Director of Music, Mr Karol Jaworski. This chamber orchestra performs 4-6 concerts per year, working on minimal, focussed rehearsal time. The players are drawn from volunteers across Cambridge, featuring both students of the university, as well as graduates and residents living in the area.
Often performing as part of Lunchtime Recitals at St Clement’s, the orchestra presents popular classical works, frequently collaborating with talented professional soloists from Cambridge and London, or accompanying choirs in performances of oratorios or larger choral works.
The St Clement’s Players welcomes enquiries from all players interested in joining our orchestra. We may also have opportunities for soloists interested in performing concertos with the ensemble. Please get in touch with Karol to find out more.
